Returns & Shipping
We do not issue refunds. All returns that are ACCEPTED will only be eligible for store credit. If by chance you ordered the wrong color or size, we do not cover any shipping fees. When confirming the color or size, please take your time and be sure before confirming your purchase.
If an item happens to be damage or defective, you must report it to us within (3) days after the arrival of the item. Anything after 3 days will not be accepted. Please attach photos of the returned items.
Return labels are not provided. If the wrong item or size was mistakenly sent, the shipping fee will be covered.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your item was returned for store credit, shipping will be deducted from the total cost.
We are not repsonsible for missing packages. Once a package has left the facility, USPS will hold all liability if a package is lost/stolen.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. This does not include holidays and weekends. Standard shipping allows 2-3 business days and express shipping allows package to arrive overnight for orders placed before 3:00pm on business days and 11am on Saturdays.
Local Pick Ups:
Local pickup is available for customers that reside in the Franklin area. A staff member will contact each customer via email or phone to provide the pick up location and time to receive orders.
